Promotion of Solar & Renewable Energy

The close relationship between environmental protection and economic development guides our program design. Promotion of renewable energy, particularly solar energy, has been integrated into our vocational training initiatives.

By equipping youth with skills in renewable energy applications, we contribute to livelihood generation while simultaneously encouraging eco-friendly energy use.

Training in Compost Making & Organic Farming

Composting is an effective and environmentally responsible method of recycling organic waste. Jan Vikas provides hands-on training to farmers and community members in vermi-compost production using household and garden waste.

Waste pickers play a critical role in urban cleanliness by collecting, sorting, and channeling recyclable materials to recycling units. Recognizing their contribution, Jan Vikas supports structured recycling initiatives, including plastic recycling centers operating under its supervision.

Swachh Bharat Mission Participation

Jan Vikas actively collaborates with the Indore Municipal Corporation under the Swachh Bharat Mission to promote cleanliness and hygiene awareness across the city. Through community engagement programs, campaigns, and awareness drives, we encourage residents to maintain clean surroundings and adopt responsible waste disposal practices.
